It is a thirty-two page childrens' book, written for ages 2-5 in rhyming verse that paves the way for learning to read. The book is full of fun and self recognition for twins and multiples.

The illustrations show scenes that are a familiar part of family life while the illustrations introduce fantasy animals that scamper about in a world of parallel antics waiting to be discovered by the curious child.

This prize-winning book is about feelings, sharing, problem-solving and much more. The story shows the special fun and closeness of being a multiple. It also shows that special problems can occur.

TWINS TOGETHER is written by Dr. Janet Laur Pallas, a psychologist with more than twenty years of clinical experience. It is illustrated with wit and whimsy by artist, Jim Pallas . The author and illustrator are married and are the grandparents of twin granddaughters. Dr. Pallas spoke about grandparenting twins at the 1997 convention of the National Organization of Mothers of Twins Clubs.
