A close up of two yellow cast urethane plastic structures with a spring functioning as a universal joint. The main construction material is cabernet souvingnon grapevines from Napa Valley California. The original yellow-joint positive was made from wood and cast in a silicone rubber mold. Notice all the steel wire cross braceing to pull the branches into compression.
